Creators find it difficult to advertise their content and interact with their entire community, they have to do so outside our platform and funnel their followers back to the platform
Solution
Creating the live stream feature to allow creators to communicated massively with their fan base while adjusting their business model to their specific case

My Scope
Owner of the feature 👁️ User research -> To understand how our creators will or can use the live stream to decide on monetization strategies (do we make it free to access, make it fully paid or a hybrid model "paid for non subscribers, free for subscribers") 🎨 Design -> Designed the entire feature with all of its use & edge cases - Design of the live stream feed - Branding of the live stream feature 💼 Business -> Exploring new business models for the platform by branding the live stream as a standalone feature
